Medical Plan Comparison

This enrollment covers medical only — Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Benefits elections are not changing. Every employee must submit a medical election, even to keep current coverage. Click any plan card below for a full summary of deductibles, copays, and what's covered. The two Aetna HMO plans (So. CA / No. CA) are available to California-based employees only — employees outside California should choose one of the three national plans.

Which new Aetna plan is comparable to your current plan?

If you are currently enrolled in one of the plans below, the closest new Aetna option is shown alongside it. These are the closest available matches, not identical plans — review each plan's details before making your election.
Kaiser HMO 0-15 (Hawaii): No change — continue in your current Kaiser plan.
